The medical exam is required for all of our term life, universal life, and whole life insurance policies
Once we have received your request for an application, one of our customer service representatives will call you and order your FREE life insurance medical exam. We will also verify the life insurance application information you supplied online and answer any questions you may have.
You will normally hear from us within 24-48 hours after submitting your request online.
Once your medical exam has been ordered, an examiner from Superior Mobile Medics—our professional medical examination company—will contact you within 2-3 business days to schedule your examination appointment. This required exam is provided at no cost to you and can be completed at your convenience. We use a highly professional medical examination company for this purpose. The exam is done by a traveling nurse that will come to your home or office. The examiner will weigh and measure you, check your blood pressure, and take a blood and urine sample.
