Prudential Financial, Zurich, partner to expand global employee benefits

Prudential Group Insurance, a subsidiary of Prudential Financial, along with Zurich American Life Insurance Company, recently announced the launch of Prudential Zurich Global Benefit Solutions.

Zurich American Life Insurance Company announced the referral program, which will function to help U.S. multinational companies meet their employee benefits needs, including life insurance coverage.

"As companies expand globally and employ a growing number of foreign nationals in the U.S. and global markets, our new solution makes it easy for employers to purchase employee benefit plans for their mobile workforce. This makes sense both financially and operationally," said Lori High, president of Prudential Group Insurance.

Many employers offer some kind of company-sponsored life insurance coverage, but not all U.S. employees have access to benefits. The unemployed may also lack a life insurance policy, which is strongly recommended for anyone with dependents. An adequate life insurance policy can be purchased at an affordable rate and cover various expenses as outlined in the policy details.
