Stonebridge Life Insurance Company, the underwriter for the Encore Dental plans, recently announced it has witnessed a double digit increase in conversion rates on its Encore Dental website[, which offers direct-to-consumer services.
The increase is partially attributed to Harvey, Trustnode's signature interactive assistant used on the company's website. Trustnode's knowledge of the insurance industry and support engine helped connect the life insurance company's services with potential customers.
"We're pleased with the results that we have seen thus far by deploying Harvey on our Encore Dental website," said Richard Bogdon, marketing development manager at Stonebridge. "Adding Harvey to the website is enabling us to better educate our consumers on the different insurance plans we offer, as well as provide them a unique and engaging online buying experience.
